Almond Banana Maca Libido Shake

This is my 1st time making this and “the fam” was so happy I decided to experiment! First off I know some people are thinking what the f&ck is Maca? Well Maca is known to be a aphrodisiac. For all those brothers who know about that ginseng root or Yohimbe bark, this is another one of natures wonders. So in short it increases your stamina, energy, and sexual function. It works wonders for the ladies also. It’s known to in the words of twista “get it wet” lol

Other suggested benefits of Maca include:

  • hair growth
  • fatigue
  • infertility
  • symptoms of menopause
  • sexual dysfunction in women
  • sexual dysfunction in men (including erectile dysfunction)

Here’s what you need to make this concoction…

  • 1 Semi-Ripe Organic Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Maca Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (Homemade or your favorite brand)
  • a spoonful of almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of spring water
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 4 or 5 frozen mango chunks (from trader joes)
  • and a few chunks of ice to make it cold
